In the morning of September 1, the first large interior package for the public area of the first domestic large cruise ship H1508 - crew dining room was held on the ship's deck 0, section N2, general section, in a groundbreaking ceremony. HBM's General Manager Mr. Chen Zhongnian, Vice General Manager Mr. Tian Yajun, Chief Engineer Mr. Xie Jianghua, SWS's Vice General Manager Mr. Zhou Qi, Assistant General Manager Mr. Chen Jianwei, Deputy Chief Engineer Mr. Guo Yong and Director of Interior Engineering Department Mr. Wu Xiaoyuan, and other leaders of partners and representatives of related departments attended the ceremony and witnessed another brand-new departure of the first domestic large cruise ship.
Interior decoration is the most characteristic part of the first large cruise ship. The total amount of interior work on the ship is equivalent to six five-star luxury hotels on land, and the area of interior work in public areas is 40,000 square meters. The crew dining room, which was constructed by HBM, covers the interior background work, wall panel ceiling, furniture and hardware decoration.
Zhou Qi pointed out that the cruise ship interior works are very crucial for the project as a whole. He hoped that all units and departments would actively develop their own advantages during the subsequent project execution, strengthen communication, work together, and make joint efforts for the high-quality and high-level delivery of the first large-scale cruise ship project.
Mr. Chen Zhongnian said that the transfer of the crew dining room to the physical construction of the ship is a solid step forward for the interior construction of H1508. As the contractor, HBM will continue to work with NSS to ensure the project is completed on time and with good quality through scientific and orderly management and continuous promotion of the application of new technologies and new work methods, so as to ensure the high-quality delivery of the first large-scale cruise ship, and make due contributions to the promotion of the localization of the cruise industry chain.
